Rob lives in Edmonton, Alberta, where he serves as the Lead Pastor of Crosspoint Church.
He has been happily married to Karen for twenty-eight years. They have two daughters, Elisa and Bailey, both married, theology students, and serving in ministry.
Rob has served in pastoral ministry for almost thirty years in different roles. An adjunct professor at two seminaries, he has completed two graduate degrees from BBC and CTS and his doctorate at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky.
Rob is passionate about developing leaders, making disciples, and planting churches. In his spare time, he likes to read, exercise, renovate, and experiment with various forms of artisanship.
Chris Westby is the Lead Pastor of Sonrise Church in Surrey. He is a gifted and passionate preacher and teacher of the Word of God and does so in a way that is accessible for everyone. He also enjoys working with teams of volunteers and staff who are dedicated to carrying the hope and purpose of Jesus through their skills and gifts.
His heart is to see leaders raised up into their God-given callings and to develop Christians into maturity. He desires to see people grow in the church and to propel others to be on mission for Jesus Christ. He is also fully committed to the body of Christ, the Word and Holy Spirit’s work in and through the church, this is evident in every conversation you have with him.
Chris graduated from Briercrest Seminary with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management and is also a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program. He is an adjunct professor at Eston College and Pacific Life Bible College in Surrey, and serve the ACOP fellowship as a Trustee.
Chris and Sherri were married in 2009 and they have three children. Their wonderful son, Ezekiel, from Chris’ first wife who tragically passed away in 2007 after a three-year-long battle with cancer. And their two beautiful daughters, Eden and Esther. Chris loves spending time with his family at their cabin, and their door is always open for a visit.

Danny and Alycia have been married for 21 years and have two children, Taylor who is 14 and Alex who is 7. The last seven years they have been living in the Middle East. Their heart's desire is to see a multiplicative movement of churches planted where there currently are no churches. They lead the team in the Middle East which is currently 22 people sent from Canada. Prior to going to the Middle East they lead Living Springs church in Calgary for four years and before that spent seven years in England pastoring and leading the UK wing of LifeForce teams international.
Brian & Sharon Heaney have been involved in ministry since 1980. They have a passion for assisting people to develop a biblically-based lifestyle. They have been married for over 40 years and have four adult married children. Together, Brian and Sharon minister as co-program directors at Kerith Retreats, a ministry of Focus on the Family Canada to Christian leaders. Brian works as a counselor and teacher. He is presently the Executive Director for the Moose Jaw Christian Counselling Centre.
Rev. Wes Mills pastored in Edmonton Alberta for a number of years before making the move to Calgary in 1997 to assume the role of Director of Administration at the Apostolic Church of Pentecost of Canada (ACOP).
Wes was elected President of ACOP in 2004 and will be entering his 5th term as President in May 2020. He is one of the longest serving leaders of ACOP, second only to ACOP’s founder, Rev. Franklin Small.
Wes serves on the Advisory Committee for the Pentecostal World Fellowship (PWF), and was recently appointed as the PWF Ambassador to the Nation of Canada.
Wes is passionate about discipleship, church multiplication, and developing next-generation leaders. He’s a real history buff, with a great mind for dates and obscure facts; he’s also a bit of a tech nerd and loves keeping up with all the latest gadgets and software programs.
Wes and his wife Lois have two grown sons and 5 grandchildren.
Alison Springer is the Founder of Young Woman of Power (YWOP) and a Youth Communications Specialist based in Calgary, Alberta. She has co-written curriculum used in Junior High Schools throughout Western Canada, and has developed and facilitated programs used in Calgary’s Youth Judicial System.
A Professional Speaker and Trainer, Alison knows how to captivate and inspire teen audiences, keeping them engaged with her use of memorable sayings, innovative exercises and her own creative flair. With 20 years of experience working with youth; Alison brings the will to do whatever it takes to keep students’ attention so that the main message gets through.
Alison works with many diverse audiences ranging from street kids, student leaders, faith based youth groups, students with high needs, aboriginal youth and ESL students. This broad scope enables her to speak not just to the masses, but to the individuals among the masses.
As the Founder of YWOP, Alison is committed to seeing girl culture change in Canada. Alongside general assemblies, she provides talks specially geared towards girls and has become a leading resource in transforming girl culture at the schools she works with.
Alison’s passion is helping youth discover leadership and the greatness that lies within. She wants to get them exchanging the status quo for a life of passion and purpose while placing high value on people.
Her MISSION is to build a generation of CONFIDENT youth who will make positive choices that will change and shape their world.
Randy Carter has a passion for student ministry, in fact he says. ”Why would anyone choose to work with adults when they can work with students?” His unique blend of humour and direct approach to truth allows him to captivate the listener and drive home the truth in a relevant and meaningful way.
In the fall of 1993, Randy Carter, a youth pastor of 11 years with the Christian and Missionary Alliance felt God’s direction to move out of local church youth ministry to begin traveling full time as a youth speaker and youth ministry consultant. By December of 1993 STM Ministries was founded as a registered charitable organization with a volunteer board of Directors to allow Randy to pursue this calling.

Braden and Lisa live in Surrey, B.C where Braden serves as an assistant pastor at Sonrise Church. Lisa is at home full time with their two year old daughter, Adley. Both Braden and Lisa graduated from Eston College with a bachelors in biblical studies. Prior to moving to BC they spent a few years working at Eston College: Braden working as a Team leader for an evangelism program and Lisa as the finance officer. They have a heart for gathering community and seeing young people being revived in their pursuit of Jesus!
Daycee spent her childhood in Guatemala and found her first real Canadian home in Moose Jaw, SK, where she now lives with her husband Kevin and their two growing boys. Daycee has been part of the staff team at Hillcrest Church since 2003 and currently works as the Community Advocate, providing a link between the church and needs in the community. Daycee's background is in working with children and families from birth to grade 5 in a variety of settings including as a children's pastor, camp speaker and college instructor. In her current role the goal is to see the people of Hillcrest connect in meaningful ways with the needs of their community in a variety of areas including reaching out to refugees and new immigrants to Canada. Daycee is excited to sneak into Fishing Camp this year and see what all the excitement is about!
Jeremy MacDonald is the pastor of Discipleship and Leadership Development at the Church of God in Moose Jaw where he has served for nearly 8 years. He is married to his best friend Heeju who together have two energetic boys Micah (4) and Noah (2). Jeremy’s heart beats for the local church and equipping followers of Jesus Christ to become all God intends them to be. He has several years of experience serving as a missionary in different countries around the world and holds a Masters of Divinity Degree from Briercrest Seminary. Jeremy enjoys hockey, dark roast coffee, reading widely and travelling to South Korea where his wife is from.
Dale Anderson has been a Bible teacher and leader in the body of Christ for over 30 years. He and his family were missionaries in Poland (92-99'), on staff at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City for 16 years and he is presently Sr. Pastor at Calgary Full Gospel Church. Dale has a passion to teach God's word so that it would be walked out in practical, truthful ways for non-believers to see Jesus in the lives of every believer. Dale has been married to his wife Cheryl for 36 years, has two children and two grandchildren.
