Kedleston Camp relies heavily each year on enthusiastic individuals who are willing to dedicate part of their summer to serve the kids, teens, families, and seniors who come to camp. Working at KGC is so much more then just a summer job - it will stretch you, challenge you, and help you discover new things about yourself. But ultimately, it will provide you with a unique opportunity to be used by God to pour into the lives of the campers and watch Him work through you to change lives
We recommend writing your application answers in a separate document first, so you don’t lose your work if the form times out.
STAFF APPLICATION PROCESS
Staff are selected through an application process including reference and police checks. Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age. (Highschool students must successfully complete the Sr LIT program and associated weeks of volunteer service prior to applying for a staff position.) Once hired, staff are required to attend staff training June 30-July 3.
REFERENCE PROCESS
Please send the online reference form link below to your Pastor/Christian Mentor and one other non-family, adult reference. Make sure that you advise your references of the position for which you are applying.
