Joe Alberts moved to Canada from South Africa with his wife and three children in early 2022. With a background in ministry, Joe has been actively involved in full-time and lay ministry since 2005. He completed his Bachelors in Theology in 2013. Since relocating to Saskatchewan and transitioning into agriculture, Joe has continued to provide pastoral support to churches in the province. He has a passion for the outdoors, and sharing God’s truths.
Daycee is passionate about missions, families, and Jesus. After growing up in Guatemala City and living in AB and SK, she moved to Moose Jaw in 2003 to join Hillcrest Church while earning her Master’s from Briercrest Seminary, and now lives there with her husband Kevin and their two sons. For over 20 years on Hillcrest’s pastoral staff, she has worked with children and families in roles like children’s pastor, camp speaker, and college instructor, and now serves as Community Advocate, welcoming refugees and immigrants and investing long-term in families through the power of the Gospel.

Randy Carter wears his heart on his sleeve—he laughs loudly, feels deeply, and loves people. Involved in youth ministry since 1979, he believes it’s the most important ministry in the church and often says, “I don’t know why anyone would choose to work with big people when they could work with students!” Known for his authenticity and willingness to engage in the messiness of life, he is frequently sought out as a speaker, mentor, and youth ministry specialist. His laugh-out-loud humor and tell-it-like-it-is approach to truth touch hearts and inspire lasting change.

Nikolas Amodeo is a husband, dad, and pastor originally from Northwestern Ontario. He loves his wife and four boys and enjoys drumming, literature, and watercolour. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Christian ministry and is particularly interested in Scripture and spiritual formation. He’s spent most of his adult life in pastoral leadership, studying and teaching the Bible, and loves to see people be rooted and renewed in Jesus. Nik is an ordained minister with the Apostolic Church of Pentecost of Canada, and serves as the lead pastor of Anchor Church in Regina, SK.

Dale Anderson has faithfully served in ministry for over 30 years, with a deep passion for sharing the truth of God's Word and the love of Jesus Christ. Known for his warm heart, insightful teachings, and engaging stories, Dale has a unique ability to make Scripture come alive in ways that challenge, inspire, and encourage believers of all ages. Dale is presently serving as Sr. Pastor at Calgary Full Gospel Church. Dale is married to his wife Cheryl and has two children and two grand-children.

Kristen Adams serves as the Children's Pastor at Celebration Church in Regina, SK and has been involved in children's ministry for just over 20 years. She is married to her best friend, Matt and together they have 3 daughters, a large dog and a cat. Her passion is to see young people enjoy friendship with God and grow in their spiritual gifts. She believes that God really enjoys spending time with His kids and she loves to use creativity to share the heart of God with others. In her spare time, you will find Kristen enjoying a good cup of coffee with her journal, Bible or a good book. She also enjoys gardening (although not an expert, yet) and going on long bike rides with her kids.

Marcel Kurtz has served in full-time ministry for 29 years—25 of those at Lynn Valley Full Gospel Church—and is a graduate of Eston College and CREAT Leadership. Passionate about teaching God’s Word, he uses deep biblical study, cultural context, and Scripture as the primary way God reveals Himself to transform how we live. He has led many short-term mission trips, traveled to Israel three times, and loves learning about health, Scripture, and history, especially World War II. At home with his wife Kristina, sons Austin and Jordan, daughter-in-law Kiera, and granddaughter Aesha, he also enjoys weightlifting and looks forward to speaking at Kedleston Camp, building on Scripture’s message over five transformative days.

Phil Collins is the Lead Pastor of Willow Park Church in Kelowna, BC, a vibrant multi-site church passionate about reaching people of all ages with the love of Jesus. With experience in both pastoral ministry and therapeutic care, he helps people grow in faith, live the gospel with integrity, and experience the Holy Spirit’s transforming work. He has led mission trips, youth conferences, and community outreach projects, and continues to mentor and teach the next generation with a love for Scripture, a sense of humor, and a heart for life change. When not pastoring, he enjoys running, exploring new places, and spending time with family, and he’s excited to see what God will do at Kedleston this summer.

Aidan and Melissa Smyth have been actively involved in youth ministry for over 8 years. They currently work as the Student Life Directors at Eston College, where they help disciple the next generation of Jesus followers. Aidan and Melissa are passionate about cultivating a heart of loving obedience to God and equipping people to chase after their calling. Outside of ministry, they like exploring the outdoors, listening to audiobooks, and cooking tasty food together. They live in Regina, SK.

Rob is the Assistant Professor of Christian Ministry and Program Coordinator at Briercrest College. He has been in pastoral ministry for thirty years, working in various roles in churches of different sizes across Canada. He recently served as the Lead Pastor and founder of Crosspoint Church in Edmonton. Rob is passionate about equipping and empowering emerging leaders, which fits his role with Briercrest. His doctoral work with Asbury Theological Seminary studied the spiritual formation of Millennials. As a consultant, he has helped churches, non-profits, businesses, and denominations position themselves for continued strategic success. Rob runs, reads, writes, lifts heavy objects in his spare time, and is a gamer.
