Kids/Teen Camp Pricing + Subsidy 
We are really excited for summer 2023!  

In the last few years we have been evaluating our camp fees system. We have always subsidized the cost of camp through donations. We plan to continue fundraising each year but also want to give campers the option to choose what type of subsidy they would like to apply as they register. We're aiming to keep camp accessible to as many campers as possible.
 

Rates for each Camp

We are taking a new approach to our kids and teen camp pricing.  

You will be able to choose which price option suits you when you register. At the start of registration you will be shown the full cost of each camp and presented with a discount code to enter before payment. 

NOTE: Prices below increase by $25 on June 1st.

SR TEEN + JR TEEN CAMP

$650 per camper - actual cost of camp in 2023
$525 per camper - mid level (Subsidy 1)
$432 per camper - standard 2023 price (Subsidy 2)

PRE-TEEN CAMP

$520 per camper - actual cost of camp in 2023
$478 per camper  - mid level subsidy (Subsidy 1)
$410 per camper - standard 2023 price (Subsidy 2)

1ST + 2ND KIDS CAMP

$575 per camper - actual cost of camp in 2023
$435 per camper - mid level subsidy (Subsidy 1)
$356 per camper - standard 2023 price (Subsidy 2)

This pricing is completely self selected by families as they register and there is no differentiation, attention, or preference given based on the price paid.  Each camper also gets a camper t-shirt as part of the price of camp.

Subsidy Codes for each Camp

You will have the option to enter up to one subsidy discount code to reduce your fees to Subsidy 1 or Subsidy 2.
Codes are case sensitive and are as follows:

Family Camp Family Members Policy

Family Members are immediate family members only (age 18 and under).

Immediate family members over 18 require their own registration. Some exceptions considered upon request.

Refund Policy

Please note that there is a non-refundable cancellation fee for every registration as follows:

If cancellation is made three weeks prior to camp start date your registration fee less $50 will be refunded.

If cancellation is made less than three weeks prior to camp start date your registration fee less $100 will be refunded.

 

Covid Cancellation Refund Policy

If Kedleston cancels camp due to covid, all registration fees are refundable.

If a camper registration is cancelled due to covid exposure/contraction, all registration fees are refundable.
