Visitors: We ask that visits from parents and friends be restricted to the opening and closing days of camp. Other special arrangements must be made in advance with the Executive Director.

The full payment and forms must arrive before June 1st or a late fee will be applied.

Where cancellation is made three weeks prior to camp date, the fees less $40.00 will be refunded. If less than three weeks prior to camp session - no refund.
Government regulations allow a limited number of campers in each camp, therefore we cannot assure that late registrations will be accepted.
If the registrant is not accepted due to exceeded capacity, the camper will be notified.

**Please Note Age Groups: Please place each camper in the proper age group when registering. They must be the right age during the session or they must be the right age by the end of 2010. No exceptions.

This new camp will be a camp where the family learns together and plays together. Kedleston Camp is seeking to build on the approach of Bible learning together at home. The teachings each day will apply to any age group, with games and fun for the whole family.
**Cost for "Adventure" Family Camp ~ $100.00 for the first person in the family and $45.00 for each additional person in the family 6 years of age and over.

**Due to the transition of the closing of one camp and the start of another, camp staff is unable to accommodate needs of people who come early for camps.
